Friendly staff from receptionists to vets and amazing care. I was a bit worried when I saw some of the bad reviews but I had a very positive experience. Only thing they could improve on is a rabbit/ small animal waiting room.

We came to Eastcott Referrals first for advice on my dog's hip issue (she is a rescue that had a severely damaged hip from a badly healed injury as a pup), and then for Total Hip Replacement surgery. Vets, nurses and honestly everyone in Eastcott Referrals was professional, knowledgeable and understanding at the same time. We, dog and humans, all felt really well taken care of, supported and accompanied throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I can’t sing their praises enough! We travelled from Kent to see the dentistry team. I don’t trust many people when it comes to the care of my beloved dog but their kindness and expertise way surpassed my expectations. Alix really is exceptional and I would recommend Eastcott to anyone in need of a fantastic and skilled dentistry team.

We travelled from Birmingham as our dog, Flora needed specialist dental care. She is very small (chihuahua size) and has a complexed medical history. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. On meeting the clincal team it was obvious they had researched her medical history and clearly explained what they planned to do. The specialist, Andrew Perry, called us after the xray and fully explained that things were more complicated than originally expected and gained our agreement to carry on, now fully understanding the additional risks involved. Thankfully the skill and expertise of Andrew and his team got Flora through without any complications, for which we are extremely grateful for.

Questions on orthopaedic procedures.

Cruciate disease is the most commonly treated orthopaedic condition in dogs. The term is used to describe lameness attributable to partial or complete rupture of the cranial cruciate ligament with resultant instability of the stifle (knee joint) and development of osteoarthritis.
Eastcott Veterinary Referrals offers TPLO surgery which is the current Gold Standard treatment available.
