diagnostic imaging monitors

Our Specialist-led Diagnostic Imaging team offers an unrivalled Diagnostic Imaging service which forms the cornerstones of our multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Leading-edge technology, outstanding clinical expertise and a bespoke approach to every patient ensures that the best possible images are captured, interpreted and guided providing the most accurate and rapid diagnosis, allowing better patient outcomes and more detailed clinical information for clients and referring vets alike.

Diagnostic imaging is a pivotal part of the diagnostic process, narrowing down the likely causes of disease and allowing clinicians to understand the best way forward in achieving a definitive diagnosis and treatment plan.

Whether it’s assessment of acute or chronic disease including staging of cancer patients, or pre-surgical evaluation, the work of the team is crucial.  Our expert team investigate all manner of conditions affecting any part or system of the body, from the bones to the brain.

Imaging is frequently used to guide biopsies of diseased organs that are otherwise inaccessible, or to find and retrieve foreign bodies. Both applications are extremely useful and can avoid the need for more invasive surgery.

Eastcott Referrals is an approved training centre for the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging, and we currently have one resident in training in the team.
